ChatGPT Ads Product Feed Sync turns your Shopify catalogue into an OpenAI product feed for ChatGPT / OpenAI Ads, one feed per country.

Quick start

1. Open the app and add a feed for a country.
2. Under Products choose which products go in. Under Feed settings check merchant details and eligibility.
3. Click Generate feed now, then Copy feed URL.
4. In OpenAI Ads Manager go to Tools → Feeds → Create Feed, paste the URL and set the import schedule.

Common questions

Products are missing. Open the feed’s Products page: every skipped product is listed with the reason (not published to the Online Store, no image, zero price, excluded by collection or tag).

Prices are in the wrong currency. Prices follow the Shopify Market that serves the feed’s country. Check Settings → Markets in Shopify.

How fresh is the feed? It is regenerated on the interval you set (hourly by default) and about 20 minutes after product changes.
