Privacy policy

ChatGPT Ads Product Feed Sync is operated by dofollow (Netherlands). This policy describes what the app stores and why.

What we process

• Store data: your store name, domain, currency, shipping countries and legal policy URLs, used to fill in feed fields.
• Product data: products, variants, images, prices, inventory availability and collections, read through the Shopify Admin API to build product feed files.
• Feed settings: the settings you enter in the app, including an OpenAI Ads API key if you choose to enable the Delta Feeds API. API keys are encrypted at rest.
• Install record: the store domain and install date.

The app does not read, store or process customer data, orders or personal data of your customers.

Where data goes

Generated feed files are served from an unguessable URL that you paste into OpenAI Ads Manager. OpenAI fetches the file on the schedule you choose in Ads Manager. When you enable the Delta Feeds API, product price, title and availability changes are sent to OpenAI’s API. No data is sold or shared with any other party.

Retention

When you uninstall the app, all product data, feed files, settings and API keys are deleted. Only the store domain and install/uninstall dates are kept. Shopify’s data-erasure requests (shop redact) are honoured.
